I’m happy about steadily losing that weight. Choosing my food carefully and diligently keeping track of it. Now that I hit 70 I will have to be xtra carefull not to go over it.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
