I also just put on a nicotine patch to help quit smoking, I'm also texting Corey to go to the gym (stealing back the membership I gave to Melvin for his birthday last year). I did smoke 2 cigs this morning before I put on the patch and had a very unhealthy breakfast at the Southwest Diner though...
166.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
