A little confused/concerned. Have been following my calorie in take very closely (1350 cal. per day), eating healthy foods, running for 30 minutes daily. I was down 4 lbs last week but am back up 2.5 this week! What gives? I gave it a few days to see if it was just a fluctuation but it has been consistent for 3 days now. I'm going to try on wedding dresses in 6 weeks and was hoping to lose another 8-10 lbs before then. Up until now, I thought that was do-able but now I'm growing concerned. Any advice from folks on how to speed up the process in a healthy way?
