After losing 33 lbs, I've fallen off the healthy horse and gained 15 of it back. I slacked off and never reached my goal of losing 60 lbs. :( But I'm going to try my hardest to reach my goal this time. I'm only on the 3rd day and I already feel much better. I have to say that the diet I'm following has been a absolute LIFESAVER! I have never been successful with the traditional "calories in < calories burned = weight loss". It's NEVER worked for me. I was having so many issues with swelling in my legs, and feeling sick and bloated all the time. I also have alot of hormonal problems. Then I found this MIRACLE of a book called "The Hormone Diet" by Dr. Natasha Turner. (It really shouldn't be called a "diet" because it's more of a lifestyle change.) It has been the only diet that has improved my health, my skin, my hair, and I've lost weight on! If anyone is interested or wants more info about the plan, please feel free to message me. This doctor woman is nothing short of a hero for writing this book and I'm so happy I found it.
