Hallelujah! I was really worried my weight would have gone up this week with all the pasta I ate. I know calorie deficits are key to weight loss but I just feel fatter when I eat pasta or potatoes. At least I am actually starting to feel like my stomach fat is shrinking. As disgusting as it sounds/looks my rolls of stomach fat are now separate concentrated blobs of fat. I wish I could just do x amount of crunches each day to be completely rid of the stomach fat.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
