doing induction, again, and boy i forgot how tough the carb cravings were! so far, so good, but having to really disipline myself especially at night. i am already down 1.8 lbs in 3 days so it is keeping me motivated. my hubby's xmas party is in 10 days and i want to look as good as i can for him. i look good now, but i will feel better if i can get my weight down a little bit. i don't expect miracles, but 5 lbs isn't asking much?
