No sweats yesterday. Feeling good about that. Today, 5-5-12 I did 30 mins on Revolving stairs and 20 minutes on treadmill. On my way to Yoga class now.

Shooting for another day of no sweats and I'd like to not supplement with snack crackers. We'll see. One day at a time.
