Have not been tracking calories or activity in the last 3 months. I'm actually happy that I haven't gained given the last 3 months events and stress. But it's time to get back on the wagon and get down to race weight.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
