Today I have decided that my caloric level maintence number is 2737
To lose weight I need a deficit of 557 calories'
2737-557= 2180 calories per day!

I also figured that i need to strive for 215 grams of protein per day!

keep up the hour walk and absolutely NO TRANS FATS!
