Day 4, Off to a good start this morning until my job decided to buy lunch for everyone... Subs all around plus a nice holiday big cookie. That's when everything went down hill. Came home and pigged out on rice and a sandwich with popcorn as a snack. Bad, bad and bad. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day. I am going to go do some warm up exercises in my room. Later all...wish me luck for a better tomorrow.
