I'm going to become a journal whore until I can get my butt back in line. When I cheat I hide. When I record and journal I don't cheat. Therefore, if I insist on becoming a journaling/food recording fat losing obsessive crazy lady... I should be able to stay on track and lose. Or.. I'll just completely lose it and entertain you all along the way to my straight jacket.

I think I'm doing pretty good today. Yes I ordered a southwest salad. No it's not completely carb friendly. BUT my carbs were already super low and my goal is for 50 carbs a day. So as long as I do well with dinner I'm still doing well. It's all about the baby steps. A couple little tortilla stips today will keep the cookie dough ice cream away. Plus I already learned that when I restrict my carbs too much that the magic boob juice disappears. And hey.. if I can lactate my way into a size 6 then I'm going to do it. I wonder what the men who are my buddies think of the constant lactating boob juice comments. My husband turns red and looks at the ground when I mention magic boobs. Kinda strange.. you'd think a dairy farmer would be unaffected by boobs.

Tonight is my temptation night. Hubby has bowling so we finish chores early and I'm in the house an hour sooner than usual. That's an extra hour to get dinner done, get things ready for the next day, and to walk past the fridge a couple dozen times. Hmmm... I'm going to try and find something to distract myself. The 8 yr old and I finished the big barn sign that goes out by the road last weekend. I think it's time to start on a new sign for the front of the milk house. Maybe the paint fumes will keep the carb cravings away. That is.. if little man lets us do something that doesn't involve him being the center of attention. Not that we've all spoiled him already. Oh no.. that couldn't be it at all.

Hope you did an ok job getting by the fridge without grabbing carbs out of it!! Its so much easier with distractions.
