When you're in your early twenties with a sick thyroid and PCOS, it can be difficult to keep your weight at a healthy level. Especially with most of us working full time, family, friends, etc...how do you find the energy to excercise or cook? Even I, a young lady with hardly any responsibilities, find it difficult to find the time or have the discipline to stay on target. When its easier to buy a burger, or when you're too tired to excercise, it can be difficult. I've decided that I need some accountability and help to really start being focused with how I am treating my body. So, hello ya'll! :-D Let's start losing weight together!

There is a saying. If you want something bad enough, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse. I know women who have families, go to school part time and work full time. They carve out some workout time a few times a week and plan meals on the weekend when its less hectic. You need to find your motivation. Write down the reasons why you want to lose weight and put it where you will see it. You can do this if you really want to.

Thank you! I do want to! I will try that tactic and see if I can stick to it better. :-)
