This week is getting so much better. Infact I feel so good about myself. There is some fine tunning that I need to adjust, but this will come in time. I feel so good about myself now that I have gained muscel. I was even thinking of changing my goal weight. most sites say that I should be 165. However from what i am told that is not of someone that is planning on having more muscel mass then. so what I need to work on and find out is what fat % I should be at. So, I have some homework to do. Rock On all.
