Yup, this is ridiculous! I'm not going to try the low carb diet because it's obvious that I can't do the extreme needed for that kind of diet to function. I'm going back to 1200 calories and low fat with daily exercise to reach my goal.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
