3 Dec 12 - Today is the first day of my weight loss adventure...I'm going to take it slowly and if I exceed my caloric intake or don't work out day...I will forgive myself and try again the next day. So far, it's going pretty good. I've only taken a little of 1200 for the day and it's 7:30...I'm a little hungry but I will do my best to stay at or under 2000 calories for the day. Also, I didn't get home in time to go to yoga but I will work out in the morning and do a few sit ups or some form of ab workout tonight.
