Recommitment to Low Carb. Monitoring blood sugar as it relates to insulin release which directly triggers my fat stores... ...plus my Grandma was a Type 2 and my Mom 'had a little sugar' or so she said her doc told her.... Since I am a direct image of them both in body structure...prevention is better than cure!!! :-)
