I did it. 5.25 lbs in six days. So far the temptations have been easy to manage. The challenge will be harder in the weeks ahead but I will keep working at it.
205.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1059 kcal Fat: 17.06g | Prot: 75.59g | Carb: 165.06g.   Breakfast: lucerne milk, honeynut cheerios, dole banana. Lunch: kirkland chicken breast, Tomatoes, lettuce, green beans. Dinner: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillet, Tomatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Green Snap Beans (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Snacks/Other: Navels Oranges, Ranch Dry Dips Mix, Light Sour Cream, Baby Carrots, orange. more...
