ok - stayed on track yesterday. Felt so awful getting dressed for church - couldn't find anything that fit. My weight is completely out of whack. Have to do something about this. Have to stay motivated. Joined a bunch of challenges to help me get on track. Want my house back.
Fat secret is great for keeping track - I just looked back and the last time I was under 160 was in May and it was only 1/2 pound under - the time before that was summer of 2010! I didn't realize I was up for that long! This is it - I am going to be under 160 before new years - I am going to lose 10 pounds in December.
Just decided I can't go see my husband - inlaws unable to take care of things at home while I'm gone - so I will use this time constructively to get myself back on track and do something positive. Need to get out of this funk I'm in!
170.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
