I started taking the Herbalife shakes Sept 15. I replaced 2 meals a day with high protein shakes as part of their Derbalife 8 week challenge. I started at 180 lbs and am now at 158 and hoping to continue losing weight - just a little more slowly now that the challenge is over. I am keeping my activity level high and am eating a lot of fruits and veggies and still have 1 shake a day - usually for breakfast. My main goal now and throughout the holidays is to watch my portion sizes and not over do it on yummy holiday sweets.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
