I tried the Atkins diet for a month, and did not lose the weight that I had the previous time that I was on it. I want to eat anything I want, just less of it. I am going to count calories, and add a little exercise. I am shooting for 2000 calories a day, and 10000 steps a day walking. I am now on day 4, and hopefully I am past the hardest part.
