good morning everyone,its day 6, of this challenge,and I have a concern,I am 5 pounds heavier, than I was yeserday.can someone help me please,I been tracking and eatting ok.what did I do wrong?

High Sodium content of diet = fluid retention. It is likely fluid. Your body weight will fluctuate naturally based on sodium intake, bowel habits, and TOM if you are female. If you are upset with these fluctuations, then weigh only once a week b/c this will happen often! Processed foods and snacks have lots of sodium which will make your body hold onto water - avoid these.
