Three days where I have been giving in to my cravings of bread, butter, cheese, chips and candy - and 1.3 kilo gained :( By body fat has gone from 19 to 23%, and I am devasted. all the effort in so far good for nothing. The goood part is that I have finally managed to stop eating like this, and am back on track from now on, more determinated than ever. My goal is to be 64 kgs for New Year, and I know it is possible. All I have to do is follow my dieat on 800 kcals strictly, and burn 800 kcals a day. I know I can do it, I only need to stay focusd. Wish me luck...
