Recording everything reminds me to not indulge. I wanted a treat last night but looked at the app and said cant find the calories so I cant eat it. And stepping on the scale today made it worth it.
206.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
