I know that people think they're being nice when they tell me I look like I've lost weight, but I'm uncomfortable with people I am not close with talking about my body. There are people that I want to hear it from- Amber and Mike that I share things with on this site and Rich and my mom. These are people who I've chosen to discuss it with. But to me, I think everyone else needs to mind their own business, or say just once, you look good and not make such a big deal. I gained the majority of the weight after my dad died and I feel like people should have overlooked the gain as well as the loss now. It's private to me.
