Now I get to watch my weight graph go back down. I think these first 3 pounds were water weight. I know I'll have to fight harder to get off the next 3.

It is so easy to lose good habits! I have got to get back in the habit of logging my food. The food diary is such a great tool - but only if I use it. So logging food will be my goal for today and this weekend.

Got to get back to work!

Woooosh, there it goes, aaaahhhh, feels good doesn't it. My graph did the same. Totally agree with you about logging food being a great tool. Works best for me to log BEFORE I eat, otherwise, well, you have read enough of my journals to know what happens to me, (oink & snort in memory), live & learn!

GG - that certainly is the right way to do it - have never been good doing math in my head. Nothing worse than logging in my afternoon snack only to find I've left no room for dinner!

Good for you, my friend! I absolutely agree on the food logging & while I'm having to guess quite a bit while away & don't have a scale to weigh myself or my food, I know the logging is keeping me on track, or as close as possible!

Ruhu - I am a bad guesser - every once in a while I have to get the food scale out and re-educate myself. Food is always a hassle while traveling but hope you are having a good time.
