Mom's cake at bell practice Thursday was a success, I only had a very small piece of a one layer german chocolate cake, after I worked out so felt okay with it. Tonight we take her out for dinner so that will be a test but it is a cheat night so am not going to stress. Will go to gym after work.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
