Feeling ok. Still having cravings. I have lost 8 pounds in 4 days but I am sure this is due to water weight. I know it will be slower from here on out.
On another note, I had a tempting moment yesterday. Went through McDonalds drive-thru and ordered a Large Mocha Frappe. As soon as I did this I used the app on my droid phone to see that this drink would be over 650 calories. I felt so guilty I drank about 1/10 of the cup (3 long swigs :) and threw it away. $4.00 down the drain but I feel better that I didn't drink all of it.
