OK, so, I went into depro mode yesterday after seeing the 70 figure on my scale again, went for sushi, shanghai steak and springrolls last night = topped it off with a Magnum Biscotti Ice Cream and packet Niknacks out of pure frustration. Took a water tablet and this morning I am weighing in at 68.8kg again.
Conclusion??? I am holding back water?
Yesterday I had about 3liter water
Exercised some 30 minutes before going to supper
Night before we went hiking - approximately 7. something kilometers - uphill that was not so smooth. Certain points felt more like rock climbing.
Thinking of doing the Quick Slim Diet again - basically a ketosis/atkins combo - very little to no carbs lots of protein and veggies - Will just cut back on the oils and fats to hopefully speed up the process Will still have my peanut butter toast for breakfast - it really is the only thing that fills me - read about oats with peanut butter - think I should give that a try ! How is the rest of you doing? Do you ever get depressed, despondent or lack motivation????
