No more eating after 7
100 ounces of water a day, minimum
GREATLY limit carbs
1,000 calories or less a day.....Period
157.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

my 1000 calorie diet is working great. Using same philosophy as you.. limiting carb

I find 1000 calories just right for me for to lose wight without suffering! I don't worry about every little calorie like I did in the beginning (began October 2012). I listen to what my body asks for and keep an eye on the calories, fats, watch junk carbs and include healthy proteins. It works well. I do not eat dairy, and I limit grains to a minimum as well as meats. I use nuts for fats primarily. Water and black coffee are my friends! I think you're going to really enjoy the results! It will be great to watch you shrink! Enjoy!
