I am really amazed! I fully believe in water, water water! I managed to maintain around the same calories on a daily basis and it took about a week, but my weight has come back down to normal!! My neck/shoulder injury is also being worked on so hopefully I heal up and I can start the workouts that I planned! All smiles today! :)
