Keep doing so well! It's important that when you are done with your job that you come to a place of peace. Your home, surrounded by loved ones is the place where you will get the most support. My son just gave me a hot chocolate drink with whipped cream on the top as a surprise!!! What do you do, but SMILE and be thankful and loving. Drink and be grateful. Don't be crippled by your diet. Smile, and love your diet!!!!! It is so good to be happy!! I wish that for you.
