14 days from previous weigh in. Weighed in at about 12PM after having 1 gulp of water. Wearing pajama bottoms and t-shirt. Over the course of previous 14 days calorie average was 2145. Surprised I still gained weight from it. Need to get my calories to at least 2600 average but ideally 3000 average.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
