Oh happy day. The bloating is finally going down and I am back under 220...not back to my pre Thanksgiving weight but hopefully tomorrow I will be. I don't feel as drained today so that is a great thing too.

Thanks to everyone for the positive comments during my last two days of self-pity and wallowing!!!
219.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
