I was back on the trail yesterday, a nice new friend went with me. It's a great way to talk and get to know someone while being outdoors and enjoying the warm sunshine. This has been a really WARM November in Phoenix. Believe it or not, most of us here wish for a little cold weather around the holidays. It's weird to put a Christmas tree up when it's 82 degrees. Wonderful for hiking though!
I'm giving LCHF another week with a little less food. The science of it makes so much sense that I just need to give it a full effort. I'm having some serious hot flashes, so I know my female hormones are at play here, too.
Great news on the job front, it looks like I'm going to sign 3 school districts in December. These will be my first since I started this job in July. Once the contracts are signed, our recruiters will begin searching for dropouts in that district, and getting them back in our program to graduate from high school. I can't wait to start seeing kids lives turned around!

I'll take 82 degrees year round - holidays included. Nothing better than being able to ride your new bike or skates on Christmas morning! I'm sticking with the LCHF too. In 8 weeks I will have blood work done again to determine if the extra fat is causing me any issues. I'm hoping not because I am so satisfied on LCHFat (right) not fibre. Congrats on the 3 new contracts - that is one hard feat signing schools. Are they all public schools?

We only sell to public school districts, even though Arizona has a lot of Charter schools. We don't want to compete with the publics, only complement and partner with them. I've had a lot of legwork to do to get to the point where they will sign. I think once it starts, we are going to have a lot of momentum here. Check out www.nodropouts.com

And I can't imagine having to bundle up to walk down to the mailbox...I slip on a pair of flip-flops and I'm out the door. I did live in Alaska for 2 years about 30 years ago, learned my lesson. NO THANK YOU. Thanks for congrats on the business, I can't wait for next year, it's going to be phenomenal!
