I am the most in shape I have been in my life. Though, I still have a little weight (10lbs) I want to lose. I weigh 140, and at my height that is a pretty good weight. I still would like to get down to 130 however, to achieve something I have not been able to achieve in a long time. Basically, I need to eat right.
