When the alarm went off at 4:15, I turned it off opting for sleep. I only get 7 hours on a good day, and I just can't justify getting less. So, I need to commit to kicking my kids off the couch when I get home from work. They can watch television downstairs. That way I can work out upstairs in peace. Who knows, maybe they will join me and put me to shame!
