3AM. I'm going to try to eat more. I'm losing weight too fast probably and worried a little that it's not safe. It's actually going to be hard to eat more since I'm used to staying around 50% or less RDI (which is technically a starvation diet I recently learned) and I kinda like losing weight so fast (it's rewarding to see the results of my dieting each weigh-in). So it's counter-intuitive, but I think I'll be able to add in a few more calories.
208.4 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's a catch 22 when it comes to losing weight that fast, it makes us feel good, but on the other hand like you said, it's not really that safe to do. I think the hard part is trying to find that happy medium where you are still losing at a safe rate and it still makes you feel good. From everything I've read/been told by SEVERAL people 2-3 lbs a week is the safest way and you are more likely to keep the weight off in the long run. BTW, your chart looks awesome - congrats!!

Two to three lbs a week seem like a good goal to strike a balance between having a healthy body and at the same time a happy mind!
