I think it's a catch 22 when it comes to losing weight that fast, it makes us feel good, but on the other hand like you said, it's not really that safe to do. I think the hard part is trying to find that happy medium where you are still losing at a safe rate and it still makes you feel good. From everything I've read/been told by SEVERAL people 2-3 lbs a week is the safest way and you are more likely to keep the weight off in the long run. BTW, your chart looks awesome - congrats!!

Two to three lbs a week seem like a good goal to strike a balance between having a healthy body and at the same time a happy mind!
