So basically, I'm back to what I weighed on May 3rd. I've completely undone the whole summer and fall. TOM started today (We'll see if this one lasts more than one day.) Haven't had since July so I do feel really bloated, can't get my ring off, etc. Hormones all wackadoodle. I could have not recorded my weight until after TOM but that angry red "WEIGH IN NOW' sign at the top of my screen looks ugly.

I'm off to hand out resumes today so hopefully all that walking will help. I've found my I-pod and am thinking of jumping on the eliptical machine tonight. I think adding excersize this time will really kick this weight back down.

Bummer that I'm all red lines again. I actually got my first orange line in sept.

I'm not happy at this weight/size. I'm not giving up! Maybe Atkins is too restricting? I'm sticking with if for now.

Oh, what a pain in the ass. My cycle is completely borked too, for the first time in my life! It's gotta be the body changes for both of us. Keep pushing on with me, Soup. We're gonna get there, no matter how long it takes.

Kathy, I'm there with you girl! I have not changed all friggin month. Still 16 days late (and counting). I am really hating that "Weigh in now' at the top of the screen. We won't give up because we can't give up. Even if we go backwards a little, there is still too many reasons not to continue to strive for forwards. I went to the gym on Monday (and loved it). I was planning on doing Mon/Wed/Fri but too many things were too sore this morning. So I'll do Mon/Thurs this week and improve from there. Good luck on those resumes! Hoping great success to you!
