Ahhhhh, there is nothing like starting off the day with a great Spin class. I love spinning hard with girls 1/3 to 1/2 my age and keeping up with them. Don't let the grey hair fool you! :) I'm a force to be handled once I have my green drink (spinach, with mixed berries done in my Nutribullet). I feel GREAT this morning and I'm looking forward to a GREAT DAY!!! Join me fatsecret friends in making this a fit and fantastic DAY!!!
