I have been working out with my youngest son he's a high school football player I walk he runs up this mountain here in Tucson it's a mile to the top it feels like five miles,we go twice a week,wish we could get there more often but work don't permit,the rest of the week we work out with weights and jump rope.
301.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
