Fail fail fail.. and um fail. In think that covers the 4 days off. I've gained weight. I know I've gained weight. I can see that I've gained weight. How much? I'm not sure. I'm refusing to look. I've decided to give myself a break and not weigh in this week. Why? Well because I'm pretty sure the weigh in won't be pretty and I still want to weigh 155 in my head. It's not logical.. it's probably slightly insane.. but oh well.

My first fail was the corn casserole that lead to the rolls and mashed potatoes. My second fail was brought to you by corn casserole and more corn casserole followed by what the crap oreos! Next.. 3 days home with a teething baby, a bored 8 yr old who wants to go shopping, a hubby that wants to get things done but doesn't want to do anything but nap.. leads to yes.. drinking! and um.. corn casserole oh and ice cream. The final fail. F IT! Mcdonalds, ice cream, candy.... you name it... I ate it.

Today? No more. I have nothing prepared. I'm eating out of my desk this morning because i didn't have time for breakfast. It's snowing and I refuse to leave work.. BUT I'm slowly getting back on track and WILL lose the weight. Starting today.. no candy, no sweets, no breads, exercise, water, eating cleaner, and no more drinks. By next Monday I will be 155 or lower.

yep. I dare you to find a person that says "I ate completely healthy, small portions, and according to my diet plan over the 4-day Thanksgiving weekend"

Yeah, I had a bit of a fling with several of the three batches of cookies I baked; sent the last of them to the office with my partner this morning. I know you'll undo any damage (look at your weight history!), eating right & burning off any residual gunk in your body. I still have a sugar headache, lol.

I agree with you...after a 4 day splurge, take the week to balance out and then weigh in. But be good to yourself...lots of hay bale slugging and eating your veggies! Good luck this week!

I was stuck with Tofurkey this holiday, so I lost a lb, but I think I lost all holiday joy in the eating of it. LOL, your food sounds better, by far!
