CharleeSue's Journal, 26 November 2012

Nothing like a colonoscopy prep to get a person back on the weight loss wagon. I am planning to use this opportunity to get back into my 'healthy food choices' mindset. I had all but given up and I know that giving up will never get me where I want to be. So I will use this time to not 'bulk up' again and to jumpstart my weight loss. I know that the weight lost is fluid - but I will keep this weight in mind to stick to and not go above. Anything will help.

Keep after it ;) one day at a time! A friend said to me once "It doesn't matter which diet you follow, rather what makes you follow your diet!" Find what that is and hold on ;)
