Hi, my name is Jana & I'm 19 years old.
My weight is 62kgs and I really want to be 55kgs or even 50kgs. I'm 163cm heigh, so it's not that low.
I don't really know what to do. I do drink a lot of water (2liters) a day. And I try to work out occasionally, but I don't seem to keep up with it.. I have no discipline or self-control and I have a chronic backproblem. Which keeps me away from doing sit-ups / crunches.. I am always tired (I eat enough and mainly healthy).
I really want to lose weight because I'm unhappy with the way I look.

My first suggestion would be to start off simply using the tools the site provides - log everything you eat, and be as careful as you can about being accurate in measuring the amounts you're eating. When I first started and for several months thereafter, I was using a kitchen scale to weigh everything that went into my mouth to the gram. Spend a week or two simply tracking everything you eat to get a baseline on both the calories and the macronutrient (fat, protein, carbohydrate) balance of what you're eating, and then you can start adjusting from there.
