Weights going back down, however I am retaining so much water I can really feeling it in my fingers! I have been drinking lots of water these last few days trying to flush my body. Ever since I went for massage therapy on Tuesday I have felt like this and that's when I started to gain rapidly even though I didn't feel heavier. Weird! Still have neck/shoulder pain on the right side and going for another massage on Tuesday coming - this time I am going to a far better therapist so hoping she fixes me up!
