The day after Thanksgiving and I didn't gain a single pound. Kept it to two meals yesterday and ate very small portions, drinking zero calorie beverages. Ecstatic. It probably helps that I don't have a large palette either. Being a picky eater and all, I literally have the cravings of a three year old. I have added some new foods to my palette though: ginger tea, kibbi, and starbucks skinny peppermint mocha, yum!
