Holy cow! I can't believe what I see! Not feeling like myself and gaining weight rapidly this week?? I haven't eaten the calories I usually do, could this be? I haven't eaten first thing in the morning for the past 3 days, really, could this be it?
The positive is that I can do something about it, so lets see what tomorrow brings!
