Hi all! I´m a Mom of 2. My youngest is 5 months and I am trying to get to 94 lbs.
I am doing Jillian Michaels 30day Shred plus an hour of run in the morning. I have run for 1 month and a week of Jillian Michaels Level 1 and 2 combo. Its hard. OMG! But my startig weight was 110 lbs, now I am down to 106 lbs. So I lost 4 lbs, I am breastfeeding and active Mom.
Im hoping to loose as much weight and belly fat until June next year when I go with my family to Europe again to visit our relatives.
So lets see if I get there!
