Happy ThanksGiving Day to me
So today, is my official start date for this new wt loss journey. I am doing ChaLEAN Turbo Fire. I did Turbo Jam about 2 years ago, and I love it, and it worked. I lost over 20lbs doing it. So I'm hoping to have the same results.
Turbo Fire is a step above that, and I'm excited. I completed day 1= Fire 30min. And to tell you the truth, I'm already sore. I haven't exercise in over 3 months, and I have to get back in tune. I used to exercise at least 5-6 times a day.
