1) count all BLTs (Bites, Licks, and Tastes)
2) take the stairs!
3) do abs and arm exercices...

starting... today!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 2.3 lb a week
