Oh my goodness!! I cannot friecken believe iT! Managed to follow my plan of working out at least 40 mins daily, and cutting down on unhealthy refined carbs, and went for my first weigh in today, and lost 1.8 Kg'S!! I am over the moon cause I thought i'd reached a weight plateau. The real reason I wasn't losing weight was because I didn't actua;;y think all the junk I was eating contained that many calories, and that if I ran for 30 mins, it would counteract the slice of chocolate ganache cake, crisps, and bakes goodies I'd been eating. Hah!- Its amazing what you learn when you decide to actually start recording what you eat, and implement portion control. one thing i'v got to improve on is having late night snacks. but other than that, I guess i'm doing ok. I did have a diet free day yesterday though. which is cool as long as I don't go over my daily recommended caloric intake. so 4.2 kg's to go! i knpw it'll take time... but getting there slowly, and taking it one day at a time.
